3. Eligibility Requirements

To use 92 Jeeto and participate in any gaming activities offered on the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. • •No Restrictions: You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, subject to any gambling-related court order, or otherwise legally prohibited from participating in online gaming activities.

4. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by 92 Jeeto, you must create an account by completing our registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, a secure password, and any other information requested by the Platform. You must verify your mobile number through a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS before your account is activated.

92 Jeeto employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to ensure the integrity and security of the Platform. You may be required to submit additional identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete the KYC process when requested may result in restrictions on your account, including the inability to process withdrawals.

By registering, you agree that: (a) all information you provide is true and accurate; (b) you will update your information promptly if it changes; (c) you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; (d) you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account; (e) you will notify 92 Jeeto immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 5. Account Security Obligations

The security of your 92 Jeeto account is of paramount importance. You bear full responsibility for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring that unauthorized parties do not gain access to your account. You must choose a strong password that is unique to your 92 Jeeto account and not used on any other platform or service. We recommend using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

You must never share your password, OTP codes, or any other authentication credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent 92 Jeeto. Our support team will never ask for your password. If you receive such a request, it is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately through our contact page.

8.1 Deposits

8.3 General Financial Terms

Your wallet balance does not accrue interest. In the event of account closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you via your most recent deposit method, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. All financial transactions are recorded and may be audited at any time.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

92 Jeeto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses for new users who join the platform, deposit bonuses, cashback promotions, daily spin rewards, and special event bonuses. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated in the promotion details.

The standard wagering requirement is 5x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. • •Modification Rights: 92 Jeeto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of 92 Jeeto management shall be final.

10. Referral Program Terms

92 Jeeto offers a referral program that rewards existing users for introducing new players to the Platform. By participating in the referral program, you agree to the following terms. Referral rewards are credited only when the referred user successfully registers, verifies their account, and makes a qualifying first deposit.

Each registered user receives a unique referral code or link that can be shared with friends, family, and acquaintances. However, you must not engage in spamming, unsolicited messaging, or any deceptive practices to generate referrals. 11. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the 92 Jeeto Platform, including but not limited to the website design, mobile application, software code, game mechanics, algorithms, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text content, audio, video, and all other materials ("Proprietary Content"), are owned exclusively by 92 Jeeto or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international treaties.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: (a) modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the Platform; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (d) use the 92 Jeeto brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of 92 Jeeto's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law. 12. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

As a user of 92 Jeeto, you agree to conduct yourself in a responsible, lawful, and respectful manner at all times. You acknowledge that the Platform is provided for legitimate entertainment purposes and that any misuse undermines the experience for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• •Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, disrupt services, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Platform.
• •Abusive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene communication with other users or 92 Jeeto staff through any channel.
• •Identity Fraud: Providing false identity information, using someone else's identity or payment methods, or impersonating another individual or entity.
• •Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using the Platform or any data obtained from it for commercial purposes, advertising, solicitation, or any purpose other than personal entertainment.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

92 Jeeto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification when requested; prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months); regulatory or legal requirements; or at the request of law enforcement authorities.

Upon account suspension, your access to the Platform and all associated services will be restricted. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, process withdrawals, or access your account information. If the suspension is a result of a Terms violation, any pending bets may be voided and bonuses forfeited.

Upon permanent account termination due to a violation: (a) any remaining wallet balance derived from legitimate deposits (less any bonuses or promotional funds) may be returned to you at 92 Jeeto's discretion after deducting any amounts owed to the Platform; (b) all bonus funds, promotional credits, and referral earnings will be forfeited; (c) you will be permanently banned from creating a new account on the Platform. 14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92 Jeeto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 92 Jeeto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 92 Jeeto's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) PKR 10,000. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

92 Jeeto shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from: (a) your failure to maintain account security; (b) technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues; (c) actions of third parties, including payment processors and internet service providers; (d) your reliance on any information or content provided on the Platform; (e) any gaming losses incurred during normal gameplay. You participate in all gaming activities at your own risk and discretion.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The 92 Jeeto Platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, 92 Jeeto disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

92 Jeeto does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times without interruption; (b) the Platform will be free from errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components; (c) any defects in the Platform will be corrected in a timely manner; (d) the results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable; (e) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations. Any reliance on the Platform or its content is at your sole risk.

16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved in the following manner:

• •Step 1 – Customer Support: You must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting our customer support team through the contact page. Our support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint within 14 business days.
• •Step 2 – Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, either party may request mediation by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
• •Step 3 – Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Lahore, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Urdu, as mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 92 Jeeto. All disputes must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 92 Jeeto, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Platform; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (d) any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform; (e) your gaming activities and resulting financial transactions; (f) any fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful act or omission by you. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

18. Force Majeure

92 Jeeto shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"). Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms); epidemics or pandemics; acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest; government actions, sanctions, or regulatory changes; power failures or telecommunications outages; cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or other security incidents; failures of third-party service providers, including payment processors and hosting providers; and any other events that are unforeseeable and beyond our control. During a Force Majeure Event, 92 Jeeto's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties. If such modification is not possible, the offending provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall be interpreted as if the severed provision had never been included.

20. Responsible Gaming Commitment
